Each one day course will cost $250. Upon completion attendees will receive a $250 credit for each day towards a future purchase (if attending both days, $500 credit).
LEVEL 1 - CONTRACTOR MAINTENANCE TRAINING

This two day course is designed to teach concrete prep and polishing contractors how to maintain their equipment efficiently, helping to minimize downtime and avoid costly repairs due to poor maintenance.
Niagara’s hands-on maintenance training covers a wide range of topics, including daily maintenance, maintenance schedules, equipment features, repair techniques, schematic review, and tech support.
Participants have the option to enroll in a one day course (DiamaPro Systems or Lavina) or complete the two day sessions. The class size will be kept small to ensure a good hands-on experience.
LEVEL 2 - CONTRACTOR MAINTENANCE TRAINING
Level 2 focuses on more than just routine upkeep, extending into repairs. This includes parts replacements, engine tuning, and various adjustments. Combining these repairs with daily maintenance will help ensure your job site operates efficiently.
Niagara’s Level 2 hands-on maintenance training covers a broad spectrum of subjects, such as engine diagnostics and repair, electrical troubleshooting, belt and seal replacements, fault code analysis, and parts wear.
Participants can choose to enroll in a single course or complete both sessions. Class sizes will be kept small to guarantee a quality hands-on experience.
LEVEL 3 - WARRANTY REPAIR TRAINING
To participate in this training, you need to have finished the level 2 training and have at least 6 months of experience maintaining the equipment. Participants of the Level 3 Warranty Repair Training are thoroughly educated over a detailed course that enables them to conduct warranty repairs on Lavina and DiamaPro Systems equipment. The training for Lavina equipment spans three days and is held at the Superabrasive headquarters in Georgia. The training for DiamaPro Systems’ Equipment lasts two days and takes place at Niagara Machine in North Carolina. These sessions comprehensively cover the repair of equipment, providing participants with in-depth knowledge necessary for performing warranty repairs on various DiamaPro Systems and Lavina equipment. Each attendee will receive a certificate of completion along with a comprehensive set of training materials from their sessions, including training manuals with video tutorials, maintenance schedules, and a quick reference guide for easy wear part ordering.
